Domestic Shipping

  • After dispatch, domestic delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on the destination and courier availability.
  • Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.

International Shipping

  • International orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
  • After dispatch, international delivery may take 7-9 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance timelines, and courier service.
  • Customs duties, taxes or import fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per the local regulations of the destination country.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delivery delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen logistic issues.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept the delivery the customer may be required to pay reshipping charges.
  • We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Once packages are given to the mail carrier. If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
